Do they come in plain, brown envelopes?

Some details please:

Barrel length, chambered for what? The inquiring mind what's too know.....

I saw one of those in the display case the other day. What's Wild West doing now? Supplying the Barrow gang? :D

That seems wrong to me, not to mention pretty ugly.

Who was it that carried and shot the Mare's Leg in an old TV western?
Johnny Yuma (The rebel?) had a sawed off double barrel shotgun, but somebody else (Steve McQueen?) had a shortened lever action.

Looks kinda interesting. Wonder how they pattern?

Adios

Oh! Well, if they're .44's, that's cool.

Pretty stupid that this is a more regulated firearm than a Model 29, huh?

Mare's Leg! I knew they had a name. Didn't Chuck Conner's have one of those in that '50's western.

With two of them you just have to master the spin cock for both hands and you can really throw down a wall of lead.

steve mcqueen carried a sawed off lever action in wanted dead or alive. it wasn't a 45/70 but he carried 45/70's in his belt 'cause the prop guys thought they looked cooler.
chuck conners had a 44/40 in the rifleman. it had a modified lever that could fire the gun upon closing the lever.

How long are those barrels? The rifles are certainly a neat configuration.

WildAK, are they SBRs or AOWs?

SBR's. An AOW would require that they get a component receiver. Frankly, I wish they would. I'm pretty sure that if they got a component receiver, they could make them into a pistol by definition!

Hey, Wildalaska, please 'splain to me who wants such a thing in .44 Mag with the sawed-off buttstock. With the regular length stock, I can see it - - Shortest possible carbine to sling across your back, or to strap to the pack, perhaps in a saddle scabbard-type holster. Perfectly usable from the shoulder and all.

And, in .45-70 or .450 Marlin, the short stocked thing as super bear repellent, THAT I can picture.

But in a handgun cartridge, without a usable shoulder stock, How is the illustrated Marlin superior to a long barrel revolver in .44 Mag, .454 Casull, or even **choke** a .500 S&W? Any of the latter CAN be fired with one hand, if the other is occupied. . . .

Otherwise: Mare's Laig - - A cut down '92 Winchester, as used in the "Wanted, Dead or Alive" series, wielded by Steve McQueen as the character Josh Randall (as mentioned above by 4V50 Gary.)

Ive tried to get one to no avail...now of course if one was to manufacture their own receiver :)
