I saw this on another website what do you think about ?

"Blackjackbuffers"I know it's been done before but I'm thinking about producing a "Blackjack tactical safety lever" available with or without the bolt-hold-open notch. This would allow the engaging or disengaging of the safety lever while keeping the hand on the grip. Depending on what kind of deal I can get on the levers, I'm hoping to be able to sell the unnotched levers for under $30 and with the notch for a few dollars more. Finish will be Guncoat or bake-on enamel in matt black, blueing or parked would be extra. I'm testing the waters here so let me know if you think there is a market for something like this.

I like it. Even a manual hold open would be handy to allow the barrel to cool or show clear at the range.

While you're at it though, soften up the edges a bit. Most of the one's I've seen on AKs are darn sharp.

I'd buy one if it fits my Norinco in .223.

Like the bolt hold open feature.. if nothing else for 'show clear" at the range, instead of using a spent shotshell.

A little Dremelin' and some cold blue and you can be bolt-holding till the cows come home. Locking the bolt can be done one-handed, and it chambers a round when the selector is pushed down.
