Display changes and missing quote button

Anyone care to shed some light on why my skin for THR changed and where my quote button went?
I've come to rely on the quote feature as it's much easier to use than coping and pasting when using a mobile device it's absence will be sorely missed and many posts will now go without context.

Crud
You know I can understand the MOD's dislike of the feature, but the prohibition against quoting is now almost 5 years old and the technology has massively shifted since then. At the very least I'd like for the powers that be to make an honest reevaluation of the policy. As nowadays there are a lot of posts made from devices lacking a keyboard and mouse, exponentially more than 5 years ago.
What I would like to see is a feature where threads over a certain age say 6months become locked by default as I find the current rash of thread necromancy to be much more annoying than gratuitous +1'ing ever was

I can see the reasoning in the madnesss so to speak, I only ever used the quote button to rebutt another individuals comments. I had never given any thought to quoted multiple images cluttering up a thread and affecting bandwidth. I believe there is a way to archive older threads, but I havent had any involvement with a administrating a vbulliten board since the late 90's.

The "Maint" skin and another one were never supposed to be visible. Sorry, Erik and krochus, but we had to make them invisible.
I'm sure you've seen this, but just in case some haven't:
