Yesterday, went into Big5, "just looking" (I've said that one too many times :) ) and finally decided it was time to buy a 12 gauge. Bought a Mossberg 500 security, with a pistol grip and adjustable stock. Pretty stoked, but thanks to living in the quasi-communist republic of California I have to wait ten days :cuss: All in all, including DROS, 4473 background, tax, and the gun itself I bought it for a total of $430. Not Too bad. :)

Cool dude! The Mossberg 500 in your configuration was also my first shotgun. Unless you have iron wrists and hands, I would not recommend using 00 buckshot when using the grip alone. It does not kick like a mule, it kicks like a kangaroo!!! Have fun with it.
