I am helping a recently widowed neighbor disperse some of her husband's things. Is there even a market for this shotgun. The barrels are in good shape. The stock is cracked just behind the neck. Everything looks original. Serial number 8671.

There's a market for 'wall hangers' or decorative shotguns, but no one who really likes their face and fingers would shoot a Damascus barreled shotgun.

I'll disagree with Lee - there are LOTS of folks who shoot vintage guns with Damascus barrels. The gun would need to be completely checked by a competent gunsmith, if safe you use low pressure loads from the likes of Polywad or RST. Are you going to use it in Argentina? No, of course not. But, hunting some quail, 50 bird sporting, and similar are easily doable.
