Price/Value of 2 guns?

I want to sell a couple of my guns to buy another gun. The question is ... what is a fair asking price for a S&W 625-9 .45 Colt Mountain Gun in LNIB (fired less than 50 rounds) and a GP100 6" .357 with a 30mm red dot mounted (this gun is a couple of years old but well maintained... took a deer with it last year)???

The GP with the dot will go $325-350 around here if it is in 98% condition.

The 625-9 is a hard gun to find. If it is like new it would go $500-525 or so around here.

Ruger will go about $300 with or with out the reddot

the Mountain gun will go more like $600, go to Smith-wessonforum.com and post it there.
