buy ammo, use up, repeat. the best investment is your brain.

Hi, Target Shooter,
I am not clear what you want to "do to the gun". Hi Points are actually pretty reliable but they are the bottom line and not really worth spending money or time to make them what they are not.
I think a Match Target Hi-Point would be sort of a contradiction in terms.

There are, to the best of my knowledge, no aftermarket parts made for the High Point. You might be able to find springs, scope mounts, and stuff like that.
Repeat Jim's question; what do you want to have done?

A red-dot mount could be fabricated for the Hi-Point, but you're looking at a minimum $50-100, plus the cost of the scope itself. Is it worth it?

Adapt the magwell to accept a suomi drum?
I can't think of how exactly one could do that. But a 71-round carbine sounds cool!

Hi Point is the only pistol that I ever saw keyhole its bullets from 7 yards when brand new, just out of the box. It also jammed 3 times per magazine for the first 50 rounds. The guy shooting it was using it to take his Concealed Weapons Permit test in South Carolina. He actually passed the shooting test, but he and all his classmates were cussing that Hi Point by the time he eventually finished.
In my opinion, doing anything to a Hi Point would be like polishing a turd. When you were finished, you would have a shiney turd.

LMAO @ Clemson!!
I'm getting a Springfield Arms mill-spec 1911
just wanted to make the gun a little diff from all the others.
Oh, btw I have found blazer ammo works the best for Hi-points. I think it's because it has a full rounded nose. The only time I had any trouble with mine is when I used a box of winchester.
So it now gets a steady diet of cci blazer( cheaper anyway)

dont know bout the handguns but the 9mm carbine i have has over a 1000 rds thru it and no jams no problems..with the laser it makes a great fun shooter that is rather cheap to shoot
