My Newest Knife. I took my Bushcrafter. I lengthen the blade and took out the large choil. I love making new knives. This was no different.
5/32 thick D2 with an Acid wash finish.
Hardness is 59.
Grind is a Hollow Grind.
Cutting Edge is 5''.
Overall Length is 10''
Construction is Full Tang.
Handle is Green Micarta with Black Micarta Bolster.
This has a Egg Breaker for making Quiche.
Warranty
I have a no non-sense Guarantee, you break it under normal use. I Promise I will fix or replace it as long as I am able to work in the shop. Plus if for any reason you are ever unhappy with it. Send it back to me for a "FULL REFUND" Because I don't make a knife I wouldn't love to own.

I like it, a lot,but I think I would call it a glass breaker instead of an egg breaker for Quiche. Possibly that was meant to be funny, but just seemed kinda.. well....you know.

Thank You.
I guess I am not making the connection. What is so funny about quiche?

nice design there I have a fixed blade bone handle nearly identical.
I'm fond of quiche with ham, mushroom, swiss cheese and scallions or if available ramps. and a few drops (not overpowering though) of cayenne pepper sauce.
that egg breaker would do good service as a skull buster too.

Hmmm a skull buster. I guess it could be used for that. Red Hot sauce is the only way to eat eggs

I'm particularly fond of ham and swiss quiche myself. I always had trouble making the crusts so I cheat and buy them pre-made.
The knife would work well on busting open eggs for the quiche, or coconuts for desert.

I have become a fan of the chipotle flavored Tabasco sauce, it works great on eggs.
Jim I dont see this knife listed on your site, did you sell them all?

It sold as soon as I listed it. I made two. The second was sold to a gentleman that has bought 3 knives from me this year.
