I have inherited two Tanfoglio Pistols semi auto NIB w/manuals, such as they are.

Searching various forums, don't bring up much on this mfr.

GT380 LW .380 S/N BH06XXX 7 rds, 4 mags

E22B .22LR S/N AB20XXX 10 rd mag 2 mags

Overall they appear to be pretty good steel and hefty.

ANY info would be appreciated, before I go out and fire them.

Checked the Tanfoglio Web Site, nothing looks like the ones I have.

I'd send them an email and see if they can help you out. What type of handgun is the .22? Is it CZ or 1911 style?

I believe European American Armory is the current importer for the Witness made by Tanfoglio. They may be able to help you out.

22 AND .380 look the same, same two safety features, size etc.

Originally distributed in the U.S.A. by EXCAM Inc, now distributed by EAA

Only other discription found is in HANDGUNS 95 7TH EDITION PG 225 eaa EUROPEAN MODEL AUTO PISTOLS

I did contact EAA on availability of extra mags for the 22. Their reply was they don't carry them. They had no info on the .22 They did have mags for the .380.

Makes me wonder if the E22 was banned for some reason. Hence my hesitancy in firing until I find out more.

The Tan mini guns are nice guns. They are very similar in their style to a Bersa/Sig 230 in thier lines and shape. The dual safety thing I never did understand, but just takes getting used to I guess.

You inherited a couple of nice little guns............
