Have you talked to Joe Hepsworth at J Cannards in Newark? Behind the tire store on West Main across the street from Main Hardware.

I used a factory repair rep. for work on my Remington 870 a couple years ago. Seemed like a knowledgable guy. Anyway, the name of the store is SPORTSMAN'S HAVEN, INC. 14695 East Pike Rd. Cambridge, OH 43725, 740-432-7243. You might want to call first, he had strange working days.
