Any one know where I can target practice in Bowling Green KY aria? My friends family sold there farm and now I don't have place to go shot. I have singed up for Green River gun club but their waiting list is big and there is no guaranty I can get in. Maybe some one knows a public land they go shooting that they wouldn't mind telling me?
Glasgow had an indoor range but that place is shut down now. I think they when out of business.
Any intel is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Well, it's a bit of a drive, but up north in Daviess County, there is:
Rock Hill Gun Range is now open on Saturday & Sundays from 9:00am till 4:00pm
you can google it for more info.
Other than that, find a farmer/landowner and see if he has a place for ya... (always ask first)

there is a link on the bottom left hand side of the page labeled "range". Click there and it will give you the info. I've never been there myself, but other than farmland, is the only place i know of to shoot around here.

while your up here, you can also buy components cheaper at: http://www.gibrass.com/
I just found the place and was very surprised it was close and reasonably priced. They also have ammo cans, 700x pistol powder, and ... wow... I sound like a commercial...
