shot from my 1885 highwall got and avg of 1843fps @ 20' from 28" barrel.. .. its Louder....1st impression= ...i will stick with imr4198 50grs and the 350gr bullet 2067fps at zero degs ..or so and 50 degs..2200+ (read darn near 4000 engery)

Varget does very well in my H&R Buffalo Classic. I like it for moderate loads. I use IMR 4198 for my heavier loads too. Try about 13grs of Trailboss under a 350gr lead slug for an awesome plinking round.

H322 is my "go to" powder for 400+ gr (gas check lead) bullets. If you have any interest I believe you may find information on "Beartooth Bullets" website, in the handloads section. I don't have my "log" and wouldn't want to quote inaccurate data>
