here is my last purchase for the year :grin: I Just wanted to have a decent bolt action 22lr that i can practice at 100yds and after reading a bunch of info i decidedd to go with this CZ..I adjusted the trigger( I think i did) I went counter clockwise to make it lighter right? anyway here it is..

Congratulations you done good. I think you will enjoy shooting your new CZ 452. I really like those CZ 22s myself. My CZ 453 Varmint is one of my most used rifles. Be careful they tend to multiply in the safe. :D

I was able to try it today and here is my target..what do you guys think?decent?bad?good? 10 shots at 50yds using winchester super X 40gr high velocity(1300fps)..I was just using a bipod ..

Well, that's less than 2" for 10 shots each. Not bad for a first time out with the gun. After it gets broken in, and you've done enough experimentation to find out what ammo it likes they'll tighten up significantly.

Try some slower ammo. I've heard that standard velocity is better, and sub-sonic better still for accuracy compared to high-velocity. Also, looks like that's a 2-7x scope. Some guys will say that's not enough magnification for shooting really tight groups. Personally I don't care for 12+x magnification scopes for most practical applications, but from a solid rest there's no denying that higher power scopes will let you shoot tighter groups.
