Hello
I am doing a paper for my Sexual Assault Forensics Class on the use of guns to deter or stop a sexual assault.
I am having a little trouble finding any material for references. If anybody knows of any articles that would be possibly helpful that would be great.
Thanks for any help at all
Evan

Not sure if this applies to your paper, being that it doesn't contain a specific "sexual assault" as I understand one to be, but it could have easily turned into one.

Try "More Guns, Less Crime" by Gary Kleck. The latest edition may have something you can use.

Blades67, do you mean by John Lott if so I already have that book included.
Night20, Thanks I can probably use it as demonstrative evidence.

It's also interesting that the FBI shows that most sexual assaults are committed using nothing more than "fists/feet" as weapons.
NEVER get into a gunfight armed with just your fists/feet...

there might be something of use in Paxton Quigleys book. i think it is called "Armed and Female". when i get home tonight, i'll check the book and make sure that's the right title.

I did mean John Lott, I was talking to a Nurse about Gary Kleck when I wrote that post.

I bought both of Paxton Quigley's books. They should be in the mail sometime soon.
