Hello,

Yesterday I picked up a new Benelli Supernova Tactical 12 ga. w/ ghost rings and pistol grip. Got it for $429... not too bad from what I've seen.

I am planning on getting a +2 mag extension tomorrow.

Other than that, I would like to add the rail and side saddle (mesa tactical), but have a question.

the receiver looks drilled and pre-tapped for the rail, but there are not the typical screws in the holes. There appears to be "plugs" or screws without slots in the holes. Can anyone comment on this, and possible tell me a good way to remove them? I am thinking drilling them out, but don't want to mess up the gun if they are not meant to come out.

Thanks!!

I looked underneath and it is indeed drilled and tapped, but I am not sure how to get the plugs out...

Also, did yours come with a rail? I read online that they should. Mine didn't.

Call Benelli and ask them. Don't do anything without knowing for sure jow do do it properly.

BTW, congratulations on an outstanding purchase!!! Benelli rocks!

They are able to be pushed out from underneath.
