Can I neck-size and bullet seat with Lee dies designed for 308 Win for 30-06 brass?

How about 300 Savage? Can I use the dies for 308 Win to neck-size and bullet seat 300 Savage?

My guess is yes you can use a 308 die set to neck size and seat the 30-06. A loaded rounds neck diameter for a 308 is .343" The 30-06 is .340" Your expanded will not know the difference is my guess.
