How to Find Manufactured Yr Norinco .22 JW-15?

I have this rifle for about 16 years and lately I've been trying to search through the Internet and can't locate the information needed to figure it out.

Does Anyone know how do find/figure out what year the rifle was made?
Please help me. thanks
