The lee seater die is pulling the projectile (Hunters Supply 300gr .459) out of the case and keeping it. It appears the die diameter above the crimp is less than .459

Any advice?

If the seating die is too small in diameter you can either send it back to Lee, or polish it out until it's big enough that it won't hold the bullet. You might also check to make sure it isn't full of bullet lube up in there, which would reduce the diameter. And there is the possibility that the seater plug is what is holding onto the bullet.

It's not the plug. I think it is bored a little tight. I have a call in with Lee about it.
