Guys I need some info a friend of mine has a montgomery ward super drednaught single shot 12ga. Well he dropped it the other day and busted the buttstock. Any ideas where we can find a replacement stock? It is kind of a family heirloom and holds sentimental value and they would like to have it fixed.I am not sure who made this gun for montgomery ward. any info would be greatly appreciated.

It's a Stevens 89. A Stevens 85 stock will fit, too. I can't find any for less than $85 though. Boyds has one but it's not a finished stock. It'll take some staining to match your current wood.
