Not pretty, not rare, not customized, not the latest & greatest. Old, worn, honest, reliable, simple. I like it because I am not afraid to take it anywhere. I am not afraid to take a dunk in a stream with it on me, or set it on a rock to dry it out afterwards. If I put a scratch on it, you probably won't know which one it is. I have other fine guns, but this one can get slid under the seat if it has to. I paid $375 for it at a gunshow about four years ago, so I'm not out much if it breaks for good. It has itty-bitty sights that make it slow to aim at long range, but still make it accurate at those ranges. The sights are dead on at 25 yards. The sights don't slow you down much at combat distances. The grips just GO with the gun; worn and free of most the original finish. What more can I tell ya? http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m247/matquig/DSC05265.jpg
Thanks Morgo! I need a .45 Tactical w/ suppressor ASAP! Btw, your photography skills are much better than mine. I was using a Canon ELPH point n shoot indoors with no natural sunlight. Definitely not ideal for taking good pictures.
Nice pic Quack! lol..
KingOfTheHill - Very nice pics! You obviously know what you're doing.
Keep 'em coming guys! I love threads like this. There are older picture threads available, but we want new ones, right?:)

Ya Kingofthehill puts just about all the rest to shame. What camera you doing shooting with?
January 14, 2010, 03:38 PM
Nikon D80 10mp DSLR
Lens is 18-105mm Vibration reduction (factory lens for the Nikon D90)
Nikon Sb-600 Flash
Shots are usually hand held but sometimes use tripod... Light 95% of the time is artificial with either lamps or flash. Rarely use direct sunlight because i can get pretty decent lighting conditions. If you dont have a flash or whitebox, natural sunlight is awesome.
Editing i do with Picasa. Its a free program from Google for picture organizing and minor editing and tweeking (awesome program IMO)... sometimes i'll use LR2 like on the Steyr Pic.
Hope that helps

This thread gave me some inspiration to take some pictures this boring night. The only problem was I took too many good ones and couldn't decide which ones I liked most!
