Jane Fonda tells the student audience at the Michigan State University in 1969;
"I would think that if you understood what communism was, you would hope,

Maybe I was born 20 years too late..

But how is she not tried for treason?

My friend in the Army says on his base, if you really want to insult someone, you call them a Jane.. But there's a cup, and you have to throw in $1 for the privilege of using that defamation..

So I did a little research..

WOW.. she makes Feinstein look like the telletubbies..

But how is she not tried for treason?

She claimed it was a staged photo, that she did not know it was going to be staged, was surprised when the picture was taken and that it was a drill and that no US planes were present. There may even be some truth to that. If I was an enterprising North Vietnamese/ SovBlock/Communist propaganda operative/photographer I would have tried to arrange for such a picture if I could with or without her consent.

From a legal point of veiw how could the US goverment prove otherwise ?

Please do not flame me. You asked I responded.
However that is only in regards to that one allegation of that picture. The statements she made that were documented and recordedextremely well documented and can be judged on their own merits, or should I say lack thereof.

The above is IMHO and could as always be wrong.

I've never seen the pic in question. However, all her other actions = treason and a half. She shoulda been hung by the neck until dead a looooonnnnggggggg time ago. Communist slut. One can only anticipate the day she passes on to an eternity of burning in the deepest parts of hell.

well, there is gun involved, I guess. ;) But...

no, its not gun related, or a civil liberty issue (as much as I detest Jane Fonda).
