In my Lee reloading manual second edition it says the bullet diameter says should be .358 but all I am finding for bullet diameter is .357 is my manual wrong or the web sites info wrong

Jacketed bullets will mostly be .357. Hard cast can be found in .357 and .358 and even .359 if I am not mistaken. So if it is Jacketed then.357 will work. Unless you are going to slug your barrel and get and exact dimension don't worry about it. If you shoot hard cast or lead I would go for .358.

Lee isn't one of my favorite manuals. In fact, it sets on my shelf and never gets used, since there are so many others that are better, that have actually developed their own data.
Jacketed bullets for .38 Special and .357 Magnum should be .357" diameter. I size all my cast bullets for those calibers to .358".
Hope this helps.
