I have used a Galco Push Up holster for another small gun, it is a very small IWB that is easy to conceal.

I would recommend no holster. I have a metal clip for my Keltec P3AT, installs using the pin hole at the back of the frame. It is like the clip on a pocket knife. It's what I use if it's not in my pocket.
