I have two plastic bottles of Hoppes Elite Gun Oil.
I've been told that this relabelled MPro 7.
The labelling on the bottles is different - packaging of products does change, so I'm not worried about this - and the caps are a different shape. The white bottle with gold labelling has a piece in the cap that lifts up to dispense the oil. The other bottle is a darker colour and the cap unscrews to reveal a short tube which allows more precise placement of oil.
What bothers me though is that the oil in one of them is a light, yellowy brown, while the other is clear.
Can these really be the same product?
