Wish Oleg had my 6" Navy Luger with an Imperial German Fleet banner as a backdrop...
Do you travel, Oleg? I can almost feel a PhotoShop coming on... :D

Just for you, schadenfreude. What kind of monitor has such a wide aspect ratio?

What kind of monitor has such a wide aspect ratio? Probably the 2 or 3 monitors plopped next to each other kind. :D

Two and three monitors working in spanning mode. It's a relatively new thing on a PC; we Mac-heads have had that option for a while longer.

Although PC folks *have* been using multiple monitors for some time. Note the folks playing first-person shooters, and Microsoft Flight Simulator. I'm running a pair of monitors right now on this Dell Precision machine, so my wallpapers go 2048x768. Once I get a computer workbench wide enough to support 3 monitors, I'll add the third video card... ;)

Wow, and here I've been running at only 1600x1200 for the last few years! I'm clearly behind the times! :D
schadenfreude - love the name.
Thanks for sharing the pictures, Oleg!

It's a 1914 DWM Luger. I think Lugers are one the neatest looking pistols ever made. I like how they eject straight up. sproiiiing!

The two pictures provide a little visual puzzle. Can you tell the mis-match between the photos?

Oleg, are you referring to the mags?

The original mag wih this gun has an aluminium baseplate. I Photoshopped wooden texture over it.

The fantastical plastical HK in the same photo as the all-metal P-08 and P-38. ;)
heehee, he said aluminium!:p
Edited, my first thoughts were that it was a SiG next to the Luger and Walther. Aren't there any Broomhandle Mausers local to you, Oleg? (Vintage triumvirate photo...)

Currently at my office I run 3200x1200 (2 x 23" monitors with 1600x1200 at 32bpp).
Really nice!
