I am trying to find out some info about 2 revolvers that I have. The first one is a Smith and Wesson .38 special. Serial # C 409795. It has the # 18521 on it also with the letter T under that #. It has a 5 inch barrell. The next gun is a Smith and Wesson .32 long. Serial # 721954. The other # on it is 73617 with a 3 under it. It has a 4 inch barrel. I would like to know when they were manufactured and what the value may be. Thanks.

Serial number C409795 was used in 1957/1959. I would think that with a 5inch barrel and in 38 special you have a Military&Police / Model 10. The second firearm, If it is a solid frame then it could be either a Model 30 or 31 { open the cylinder and on the yoke there should be a model number such M or Model 30/31 }. If it is a .32 Hand Ejector, then that serial number was used in 1961/1970. Value, don't have the foggiest, you gave no indication of condition and condition is every thing. Really need some clear pictures to make any type of determination.:)
