Beretta Xtrema Optic Problem...Need Ideas!!!

Wonderful shotgun. Want to shoot slugs. Purchased Beretta optic mount for receiver. Found optics were very high, and I needed to raise cheek off the stock to align the sight. Tried Holosight and some 1 inch rings. No good.
So, what could I lace, tie, wrap, velcro, or tape on the synthetic buttstock to raise my head to align with the optics?

High density foam for the height, and moleskin to hold it all down to the stock and put your face again.
There is an adjustable comb kit available with various thicknesses of foam and an elastic butt cuff type sleeve that holds it. Check Brownells, or the classifieds in the back of an issue of Shotgun Sports magazine.

The Variacomb H mentions will do it. So will the lace on setup that Cabela's carries, if they still do.

HSMITH is describing what I know as Wrapid-Comb. About $20, I've used it with a red-dot on a Benelli. Due to the amount of shims required, I used almost all that came with it, I used double sided carpet tape between shims and betwen the botton shim and stock.

Thank you. I found a couple of Blackhawk products as well. One is adjustable, one is high and made for Rem 700 sniper rifle.

i'd get the original versions of the blackhawk products you mention.
Eagle makes those same things, and they're better made.

Thanks for Eagle tip. When I tried to purchase Blackhawk, no one stocked them, and Blackhawk themselves did not have any.
