A friend of mine has these 2 old 22's.Top is a model 27 Hamiliton and the bottom is a Pieper.The Pieper is in good shape,anybody know the value ?

Best advice I could give is go on gunbroker.com, auctionarms.com, and gunsamerica.com and look for others in similar condition for sale.
That will give you a good indication of perceived value in several locations across the country.
