So here's the Mossberg 590A1 that I just finished building. It's my first and only shotgun and I love her to death. However, I'm wanting to get a Smith and Wesson MP-15 and the plan is to get a sling that will comfortably hold the Mossberg on my back while the MP-15 is in hand. The Surefire forend doesn't allow for a forend sling attachment so I'm a bit stumped as to how to get a comfortable sling on the gun. Any advice on how to tightly and comfortable stow this shotgun across my back will be much appreciated. Thank you for your help.

P.S. I will also be using a Blackhawk Omega Crossdraw Vest at times and would need this sling setup to be compatible with that.

When or where would you need to be carrying a shotgun, an AR AND have a crossdraw vest w/pistol on??

You can add a barrel/mag tube clamp with a sling swivel stud, or add a tab style mount under the magazine tube cap. Shotguns don't need a lot of 'fancy' slinging, mostly I've only seen this done in short read (SHORT) stages of 3-gun. The practical aspect of actually carrying 2 long guns on foot is a bear.

There is a person at candewman.com that sells accessories for slings, lights, etc.
