I was at the range on Friday with my Marlin 45/70 trying to sight it in at 100
yards with Iron sites. I got the vertical in but on the lateral I'm 14 inches
to the right. Question, How do you adjust left to right with iron sites??
I'm using 300gr wincherster hollow points ammo. thanks for the help

You want to move the front sight to the right, this will move the bullet impact to the left. You can do this by tapping it with a brass punch or piece of stock. Brass won't ding your sight up, it's softer than the material you're tapping.

It'll probably be easier to drift the rear to the left than the remove the front sight hood and do the front. There's a lot less room in the dovetail for adjusting the fronts than the rear on Marlins.

Not to highjack the thread, but:
Build a man a fire, and he will be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he will be warm for the rest of his life.

14 inches?! You might want to consider doing a return, assuming the sights are basically alligned on the barrel. That's WAY off and shouldn't be happening. You may have some kind of crown defect or a bent barrel.
