H1000 vs RL25

I have a 7 STW, and want to load 140 and 160 grain XLC bullets.
When I search the internet for loads, I see lots of data for H1000, but not as much for RL25. The Barnes manual #3 has lots of RL25 data.
What is the difference in the powders?

dww: I was looking at the same powders. I am also looking at a LNIB, used Winchester Model 70 Classic in 7MM STW. How is it to shoot.? Will I need a muzzlebrake on it? I am not adverse to recoil, but if I buy thre rifle, I intend to do a lot of shooting with it. I have a Rem. 700 Classic in 35 Whelen, that I shoot with 225 gr Sierras at 2550 FPS, and also have a No.1 in 45/70 that I shoot with 300 gr. Sierras at 2050 FPS. Would the 7 MM STW be that much more? Have you loaded for it yet?

That's my 7STW on gunbroker.
Recoil is like the 35 Whelen. I have both.
I bought a custom SAKO in 7STW, that's why I am selling the other one.
