I am not flaming the decision of locking it down, but I am whining about it.

I just see it as a little childish humor that lets everyone act their shoesize and not their age. Its kind of fun to do that and let the ":D :D :D :D " and "teeeheee" flow freely. And tell me once you havent thought about what shot size to use on Rodan. Honestly. (Although I hadnt up until this very moment...:scrutiny: )

I agree with that. Its just that some noise is a good noise, unlike rants. Oh well, if one noise is policed then all noise must be policed.:( Its probably for the better.

Look, it's not so much the fact that they locked it down that really bugs me, though that does disturb me a little. I mean, there have been many previous threads both on here and TFL about what guns you would use for Zombies, Aliens, Lord of the Rings Monsters, Star Wars, giant bugs, etc.

These threads are usually quite popular and often go on for many pages. All like to join in on the fun. I I started up the Godzilla thread to be in the same vein as those other threads. Which is why I was kind of surprised it got locked, but that is not what really upsets me.

It was the conduct of the mod who locked it. He shall remain nameless for now. The insulting response he posted was in very bad taste, and not at all the conduct that one would expect from a moderator. It has been removed now ... [...and it'll stay that way. -- pax]

Speaking of locking threads, I don't see anything technical about this thread. Since we're in the Tech Support forum, and there isn't a Complaint Department, I'm locking this one too.

As always, take your complaints up with the Mod you have an issue with, or take your issue somewhere else.
