Dan, There was a write-up in one of the recent gun rags, I'm not sure which one but if you use the internet you can probably dig it out. It would have been either, Combat handguns, Guns magazine, American Handgunner or Guns and Ammo. I know that may not be much help, but that is all I can suggest other than use the "search" function on THR, and by the way, welcome to THR

TexVet, do a search on the Mini Firestorm. There have been quite a few questions asked about this gun.
Even got me interested in it.;)

I own it's twin, the Firestorm Mini .45.
Since I'm kind of pressed for time, I will say that I am impressed by it, especially for a $300 gun.
I have a larger write up here, from when I first bought the gun, along with a Firestorm .380.

Hope this helps

Actually I have already decided to by the wife the Bersa 380 as I had a chance this last weekend to handle one at the gun shop, very nice gun. The 45 will come later after I get a chance to handle one and see if it's a carry gun. I sure am glad I found this web site, you guys have already saved me a lot of time and money.

Dan, The Thunder 380 is a excellent gun for the money, I have one on order in nickel and hope I can get my wife to learn to use it. That is the primary reason I am buying it. Also, you might want to check the search funtion again for a range report on the 380, it has very good information about various types of ammo..It is done by Stephen A Camp, I think you will find it informative...

Thanks Lloyd for the heads-up on +p 380 loads, I will avoid them. Maybe Mag-Safe will not be +p, not sure, have to check.
