If you stick it out the window at 40 mph it sounds just like an elk in full rut.

Believe it or not they used to make a fine .22lr target rifle...sadly that day has long passed. Now they apparently add a ridiculously large brake to every gun they sell. Here's hoping that they don't come out with a new pistol.

I have a 702 Plinkster... good little gun for the price I got it at.

Um, not for me.
It makes me want to go kick my old milsurp M44US, just for being a Mossy.

I will give 10 points to whomever can find one of these in a real life gun store. 20 points will go to whomever can find somebody who actually owns one. You can then earn an additional 50 points for slapping that owner across the cheek his own mosquito cannon.

Yeah the 1950's Mossberg 151MB's and the like were awesome, I wish someone would make the new Mossbergs disappear.

I was bored tonight, and I read somewhere that Mossberg is releasing a new version of their 30-30 464 lever action rifle!

Some of you folks might work in a business that is very competitive, where there are several different outfits competing for limited market share. Inevitably, there will be one of said outfits where people tend to land after everyone else has tried them out. Mossberg, I think, has become the dumping ground for the gun industry's dummies.

I'd buy it, have it cut and recrowned, and then have a front sight put on it... all is good :)

I wish they would bring back the 144 LSB. I used to drool over that one in the early 80's
