I bought a remington 550-1 from a shop and need to replace the bolt handle but the Receiver Plug will not unscrew. It's loose in the receiver and rotates a few degrees freely by hand. I've removed the Receiver Plug Retainer to look inside and fond nothing.
What's next to try? Make a wrench to fit the slot in the back of the receiver plug.
