220 Swift Stock upgrade

I would like to getb rid of my wood stock on my Ruger 220 Swift and upgrade to a composit stock. My first question is is the 220 Swift a long or short action? second question is what are my options of the different stocks currently out there?

Long and short actions are a Remington M700 thing.
What model Ruger? .220 Swift is the chambering, not the model. Ruger seems to have dropped the Swift as well. Doesn't mean you won't be able to get a synthetic stock. Mind you, you will notice an increase in felt recoil.
