I was at my local gunshop this evening and saw a NIB SP 2340 .40 S&W.
OTD price was $413.40. Is this a good price or should I wait on the SIG 1911? I have a CZ-75B in .40 S&W that will drive tacks.

Good price compared to what they go for in Maryland which is in the $550 and over range at the last gun show I show one at. I paid $420 for one with an extra mag in 357 SIG two years ago and I thought that was a real good deal.

That's a screaming good deal for a 2340! I've seen used ones go quickly at local gunshops in the $525-$550 range. If you want it, grab it quick!

back in summer they were on sale for that price. I have kicked myself in the head since. strong buy if you got the cash to burn. it normally goes for $500-$550 range.

If you don't mind a polymer frame (I don't) and want a SIG, that is a good price.

I have fired the .40 before, feels good. Different, but good.
