Martha Stewart: not anti!

Maybe it's sad that I'm excited to find a simple lack of prejudice against guns.
Maybe it's sad that I was so bored a couple of weeks ago that I was reading Martha Stewart Living Magazine.
Anyway...
In Martha's personal column, she was writing about her mechanical drafting class in high school:

I remember thinking I would rather learn how a radio worked...
Not blatantly anti, maybe, but that sounds to me like she has a bias...

Maybe we could develop a floral centerpiece around guns, or interest he in a new "recipe" for reloading. That should spice up her ratings.

How's that? So she has more interest in the inner workings of a radio. That doesn't mean she's biased against guns, just that radio technology is more interesting to her than the inner workings of a firearm. Hell, for that matter, I'm more interested in radio technology than how a firearm works (probably because I already know how a firearm works).
BTW, It's been some time since I hung out on any airgunner boards, but based the 1st hand accounts of a couple people on those boards, Martha Stewart was an avid airgunner.

Yeah, I scared myself. My wife was in the hospital (she's fine now), and I was sitting with her in her room. I had brought her magazines, but none for myself.
(And slap me silly, but I did read some good recipes. I'm a better cook than marksman!)

Hey MPayne...
In the words of Martha herself:
"It's a good thing" :D

Ok, maybe she's more interested in radios than guns...I don't see how the article shows that she favors RKBA in any way.

That she didn't say anything negative is enough for me. Guess I'm easy to please like that.
The Mrs. is a Martha Stewart freak. And a keen shot with her Glock 30.
Get's me to thinking,
What Would Martha Carry?
I'm guessing a shiny stainless Baretta 92 that matches her bracelet/earring combo with an embroidered Givenchy crossdraw rig.

Don't much care for Martha, but the missus was watchin her show one day, and Marth was makin jerky. At the end of the show she, and her guest were enjoyin the jerky, and Martha said she had to have a beer with hers, Budweiser. Surprised me!:D
Still doubt that she would be pro 2nd:confused:

She doesn't. Don't you think I'd mention if she had?

I, for one, think that since Martha is pretty dang good with tools that she would be able to understand that a firearm is also tool.
After all forearms are inherently safer than her kitchen knives.
Silly to think that if she is convicted of that stock thingy that she'll lose her right to own any firearms.
Martha would be great for our cause. Regular women actually listen to her.

This is encouraging because it shows that she views the firearm as a tool, devoid of any moral component. It's an inanimate object and nothing more. Given the hysterical state of the soccer mom crowd this is a revolutionary viewpoint.

I seem to recall she used to trap and skin beavers for cash, so she's certainly seems like a reasonable person.

Martha's a good Polish girl. No doubt she appreciates the fine art of harvesting one's own food, or at the very least understands that beef doesn't really come from a store.
