Has anyone used this ammo IMI ammo? Need some ammo for my AR.

yeah its ok, it shoots moa at 100 yards out of 20'' ar with 1-8 twist

OK thanks it should work in a 16" barrel with a 1in7 twist?

you'll do ok with it..but the 1in7 barrels were designed to be used with 62 gr ammunition. I think IMI makes a M855/SS109 round too.

The IMI ammo is first rate, especially the brass.

55gr works just fine out of a 16" 1:7 barrel unless you are shooting High Power competition (which I don't guess you are with a 16" barrel).
