So due to another thread here I decided to Google MN stocks to see what was out there and I happened to come across this. The Mosin Nagant Tactical Tri-Rail. Unbelievable. Who in the world would ever want or think they need a tri-rail on a Mosin Nagant?

Make sure you scroll down aways so you can see the picture of it mounted on a rifle.

Ah, yes. It's a brand new day and even the mall ninjas deserve respect for their unique sense of style and their contribution to the mosaic that is America. How could I have been so wrong as to ridicule "Tactical Mosin Nagants"? Mea Culpa!

I don't think it is that bad...IF it would hold zero (which I doubt). The additional side rails are superfluous and tacky IMO, but the top rail would be practical for anyone seeking to scope a MN.

I'm totally going to buy 2. One for me, and one for a very lucky one of you when you realize how truly awesome it is!

You could mount two AR15's on your Mosin.

Cosmoline.....You could mount two AR15's on your Mosin. You have finally convinced me of the usefulness of rails.............and AR15s....

Would mounting a pair of Glocks to it require two tax stamps for stocking the Glocks or just one for SBRing the Mosin?

All the ComBlockers who defend their cheap milsurp and get defensive that each Mosin, AK, Makarov, etc. is the most unique designed and reliable, best, single gun to own for fill-in-the-purpose want and bought 'em already.

Im half serous about buying a MN and the stock and the other scope mount that match's the synthetic stock and be out the door for $150
That wouldn't include a decent Nikon scope.

But of course i could do what everyone else here does is by an AR for $1k and be a conformist.
Its almost to the point it would be cheaper to burn MN stocks and fuel electric plants than it is to take up space in warehouses and gun stores and be worth $90 retail.

I think you should thank the guys for keeping the gun alive and evolving no matter if you agree or not how they do it.

its a UTG product it probably will break after fireing the MN once most of the stuff they make barely hangs onto the airsoft guns it was made for

Even better--attach two AR-15's each with a Glock underneath it! So you'd have five firearms on one platform!

Mosins have become very popular lately most likely because they are decent shooters for around 100-120 dollars.

I tend to think they reached their pinnacle a year or two ago when ammo was more plentiful and will continue to decline as the ammo dries up and becomes more expensive.

Hey Mav:

Ya think they'd make up a tactical stock for my Winchester "Super" Grade?! I'd want a forward mounted vertical grip though. :D

Cosmoline that AR doesn't have enough rails, and you left out that you would have a five-firearm lightweight, recoil reducing platform!

I dunno, I kinda like the SKS stock there. Makes me think of District 9Honestly I rather like the mosin and SKS stock (what can I say, I like bullpups), but the price is way too steep for either...and while I have no experience with any of these, I would be willing to bet that the controls and ergonomics would be horrible like every other bullpup conversion I have tried.
