What a hoot! 3.8 grains of trail boss and a 158 grain rnfp from Missouri bullet is a great combo for fun.

Yep, sure is! I use TrailBoss for my .38 special Cowboy action loads. I load them pretty light, 125 gr. bullet with 3.2 gr. of TB. That gets me about a 680 fps velocity, for a nice low recoil competition load. LM
