As the title says, I want to know if this will in any way affect my gun's accuracy, it's not a break barrel and it isn't easily disassembled; thanks for any advice in advance.

A light cleaning from the muzzle probably will not hurt it.
But I wouldn't.

Many smoothbore air guns have brass bores, and are easily damaged.

The big question is, why do you think you need to clean it?

Airguns almost universally have oil in the pressure chamber, and leave the bore oil coated after firing. They don't generally need cleaning.

Alternately, if you just have to clean it for some reason, you can buy felt "cleaning pellets" and just shoot them through the barrel with zero risk of damage.
