Blade-Tech Double Magpouches...What's the dilleo?!?!

Well, I ordered 2 Blade-Tech doublemagpouches two months ago. Last month they finally arrived. The front mag was significantly tighter than the rear mag slot. For BOTH the P7M8 and Beretta magpouches. Pulling the one in the front out would cause the one in the rear to be bumped out if I didn't pull it perfectly straight up and the front mag contacted the rear mag. To have any sort of retention on the rear mag, it must be tightened, but that causes the one in the front to lock up tight.
I returned it to them, and my new ones FINALLY came in today (two months to the day this Saturday) and the SAME DEAL!!! :banghead: :fire: $50 for magpouches and same crap twice after two months? Walking around with mags jingling around in my pocket sucks.
I'm calling them tomorrow and asking if I'm doing something wrong (right hand, bullets forward) maybe I'm an idiot and screwed something up (probable). I'll keep y'all updated.
Are these magpouches DESIGNED this way?!?! :cuss:

Skunk,
I've had similar experiences with the BladeTech Double pouches. I've used'em for my P220 mags, G23 mags, USP .45 Mags, etc, etc. They ALL have had that same odd behavior. The one for my G23 mags has since stopped (over a year of use). I imagine it may have something to do with the molding process, etc. I took the screws all the way out and flexed the pouch a few times, then put things back together. It didn't totally remedy the situation, but it did help some. To get tension on the rear mag on the P220 carrier, things had to be so tight that the front mag wouldn't budge. I tried putting them in different directions with no avail as well.
My problem is I can't stomach using leather mag pouchs with a kydex holster, so I went and bought a Bianchi Triple Threat open top double mag carrier that has since worked well.

I bought two single mag pouches for a P225 from Blade Tech. When they arrived you could not fit the mags in either of them I called explained the problem they remade me the pouches and had me ship them the old ones. As a sidebar I prefer to go with single mag pouches as opposed to doubles for day to day carry. Singles allow me more flexibility in placing them on my belt, but to each his own.

Billy,
Skunky thinking about getting singles; the advantage of the doubles is I have both 1.75" and 1.5" (replacing with 1.25") belts and the doubles allow me to adjust. I'll see if they can replace the doubles with my singles and they pay return shipping this time :cuss:
