Crimping lead

I just ran across this on another forum. It's been said that if the final crimp on a round is done on the Lee FCD the bullet would be sized too small. I remember the Lee die is kind of a post sizer die as it has a carbide ring the round is pushed through. Anyone ever have problems with this?

A cartridge size might help.

Sorry, I've been posting so much about lead I forgot. The bullets in question are 40sw and 45acp.

I use the Lee FCD on 124gr .356 bullets in 9mm, and 124gr .358 bullets for 38 Special, no issues, great accuracy.
