[45+]

I would like to introduce myself.

I am from Texas, and the 45+ applies to age (okay, 45++) and to ccw. I have been in and out of shooting for 40 years. I am married (she has a ccw) and our three older children are gone from the nest. The youngest is still at home and is a real joy to us (a late blessing). We homeschool the young 'un. I was honorably discharged from the Navy during VN, after doing a WESTPAC cruise, involving some time in-country.

I carry when legal, reload, and love to shoot and appreciate the courtesy and good information of this board.

45++, i like the description of the nickname. I think there are probably many stories to go along with the nicknames we choose. Mine is rather long, maybe we will start a thread on that sometime. Welcome 45++, us new guys have to stick together, :D
