Weatherby Supreme scopes?

I'm not familiar with this line of scopes; never knew that Weatherby marketed a line of optics. I'm looking at a rifle on AuctionArms that is wearing a Weatherby Supreme 1.75x5 scope and I'm looking for info or feedback from anyone that's familiar.

For example, who is the actual manufacturer?

At one time they were made by Nikon but I can't say if that one was.
