Those guys are probably reservist or National Guard troops who were called up, due to the emergency. I see a couple different rifles being carried.

FAMAE FD-200 a semi automatic designated marksman rifle of Chilean origin and is chambered in the 7.62x51mm NATO round.

It is based upon their license-made SIG SG 540 assault rifle action and frame, although all mechanics were house-manufactured to be permanently semi-automatic in nature, furniture was wooden, a scope attachment mount area and a better grade barrel.

SIG 510-4 rifle chambered in 7.6251mm NATO Boliva and Chule adopted them with a 1 in 12 twist barrel.

The SIG 540 chambered in 5.56mm is also in use by Chile.

Thats easy, they are Swiss.

Its a Swiss STG57(510), the rifle on the right with the green forend is probably a 540, could be a 550 though hard to tell. The 57 replaced the awsome K31, which was than later replaced by the modern and even more awsome 5XX series.

The Swiss only recently adopted NATO rounds, the 57 was chambered in 7.5 Swiss, except for the ones exported.

The 57 is out dated, essentialy cheap surplus. If I remember correctly they are licensed by Sig to make the 540. But they are both some of the best rifles you can get.
