Find a good boot or leather shop.

Are they the eyelet type or the rivet & D-ring type.

The eyelet type can be tighten with a small ball headed hammer, the rivet type can be tightened with a blunt punch.

I have tightened some of mine before this way.

If they are eyes take a pliers and rotate them to a point that doesn't have a worn edge that cuts the laces before you tighten them up.

Take them to a Tandy Leather store, and they should be able to set you up with what you need to fix them...then you will be ready for next time.

You hunt in lacrosse boots? The leather is stretching. New eyelets installed at a shoe repair shop or kiosk in your local mall may or may not hold. You can have speed lace hooks put on though. http://www.shoeeyelets.com/products/

I would think boots are a big part of hunting... unless you're one those barefooted spearchunkers!

This is the hunting section right?

I know a guy that shot his boot...still had his foot in it ...bullet clipped about 1/8" off the end of his little toe.

How's that for boot hunting!

If your eyes are loose I would see an Ophthalmologist ASAP!:what: On the other hand, if the eyelets in your boots are worn out any shoe repair shop can set new eyelets.

Sorry, but boots are a little far afield from firearms and firearms accessories for hunting.
