Don't really know what a Lee Breech Lock Quick Change bushing is, but I can tell you the Hornady Cam-Lok Bullet Puller has standard 7/8 - 14 threads (same as all standard dies) and it screws into my Hornady LnL Bushings just fine. If you can use a standard die with your bushings I can't imagine why it wouldn't work.

PS By the way, the Hornady puller is a great tool.

The Hornady cam lock puller uses the standard die thread; so yes, it will fit in a Lee QC bushing.

And the cam-lock puller is the best, easiest to use puller available! You will need a collet for the bullet diameter you want to pull. Each collet works for a range of bullet diameters.

I have one also. It works really well for rifle bullets but the area that can be grabbed on a pistol bullet is so small that I have a hard time with the 9mm and 45 ACP so I us e a kinetic type for these.

Yea, I agree press mounted bullet pullers dont work well on handgun bullets. I tried to pull some 10mm 180g truncated cones, and the collet just cant get a good bite on the bullet.

It will work with the bushings correctly. The cam lock puller will require some adjustment so that you don't make big pull marks. It works very well for small rifle cartridges (like 223 rem) and for pulling in volume, where a kinetic puller doesn't work as well. Kinetic pullers work better for handgun cartridges where the collet of the cam lock puller can't get the neccessary grip.

I had trouble with it on my first attempt too. Realized that I was running the bullet way too far into the collet. The collet will grab on the bullet ogive just fine. Hard on the neck though, because you have to look under the press to tell how far to raise the ram before throwing the collet lever. Does not leave but a tiny line on the jacketed bullets I pulled. Might affect accuracy a little, but plenty good for reuse for paper punching. Maybe you could adjust it where it would work at the top of the ram stroke, but I kind of doubt it. I had to pull a fair number (I won't admit how many or why) of 9mm 115 grain bullets and it worked just great IMHO. Beating the snot of a kinetic that many times just didn't seem like something worth tackling.
