Just heard a blurb on the radio from some guy arguing against SB659. He says that, because gun makers intentionally make more firearms than "law-abiding citizens" can buy, they're intentionally flooding the black market with guns. And that's what causes crime. Therefore, because of this gross negligence, firearms companies should be liable.

And all the wineries and automakers that make more wine and cars than "law-abiding citizens" can buy are negligently contributing to DUI across the nation. So sue.
I don't get how they don't get it. What do they think of when they hear or read their own words? I don't understand why individual responsibility is so foreign a concept to them that they have to make huge illogical leaps to lay blame.
